Interfere with system performance

You may request cancellation before the transfer is paid out to your recipient.
A cancellation may not be possible if:

The recipient collected the funds
A cash pickup partner has released the payment
A mobile money wallet has been credited
Refunds (where applicable) are returned only to the original funding method.

You may close your account anytime by contacting support.

Delays caused by banks, networks, or third parties
Incorrect recipient details provided by you
Losses resulting from illegal or unauthorised use of your account
System interruptions due to maintenance or security checks
Our liability is limited to the amount of the transaction in question.
